How do I use Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil?
In three ways:
1. DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN. Simply spraying and rubbing magnesium chloride oil directly into the skin in concentrated form is the most economical method of application and offers the most benefits.
For muscle cramps, restless legs or painful joints, simply spray on and rub in any time of time of day. In the beginning our application and instruction sheets recommend diluting 50/50 with clean water, if the "oil" feels too intense on the skin. The skin soon adjusts to this more potent form of magnesium, but we advise to stay comfortable in the beginning. It is also most effective as a massage oil and can be mixed 50/50 with any carrier oil.
2. WARM BATH. Adding 1 cup of superior Ancient Minerals magnesium chloride 47% bath flakes to a relaxing warm bath provides a relaxing and health enhancing “magnesium soak.” It soaks up the magnesium into the cells & assists to detox the body of unwanted heavy metals, acids and toxins in a far superior way to other salt type baths
3. WARM WATER FOOT SOAK. Just 1/4 cup or 80g of Ancient Minerals bath flakes added to a warm water foot soak - and the water can be reused for 4-5 days - provides many of the same benefits as a full tub bath. Plus a sound night's sleep is reported by most people
